Dr. Diogo Camacho, PhD, graduated from the from the Genetics Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Program at Virginia Tech on Friday June 1, 2007. Diogo carried out the research work for his dissertation in our Biochemical Networks Modeling Group, starting from the Summer of 2002. Diogo's thesis was titled "In silico cell biology and biochemistry: a systems biology approach" and included material that had been previously published in peer reviewed journals.
