Dr. Alberto de la Fuente, PhD, graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam, on Monday July 3, 2006. Alberto carried out the research work for his dissertation in our Biochemical Networks Modeling Group, from the Summer of 2000 until the end of 2004. Alberto's thesis was titled Deciphering living networks: perturbation strategies for functional genomics and included material that had been previously published in peer reviewed journals.
