Grape Bioinformatics at VBI

This is a collaborative project with the Cramer, Cushman and Schooley groups at the University of
Nevada-Reno, funded by the NSF Plant Genome Research Program.

Our group is working on:

• A literature-based biochemical reference database for Vitis vinifera, using our B-Net system
• An integrative database containing gene expression, proteomics, and metabolomics data, using our DOME system
• An EST pipeline and database system for Vitis vinifera, using VBI's ESTAP system
